This policy follows Vietnamese law on e-commerce (Decree 52/2013/ND-CP as amended by Decree 85/2021/ND-CP), consumer protection and personal data protection.
1. Data we collect
When you send the contact form: name, phone/Zalo, email (optional), organisation (optional), the service you need, event date and venue, and your message.
When we sign a contract or issue an invoice: organisation name, tax code, representative, address and details needed for payment documents.
Technical data: we store a one-way hashed IP address to block automated form spam. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, only the cookie needed for our admin area. Fonts (Google Fonts) and embedded content (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) may be loaded from those providers under their own policies.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Information about children (for example a child's name and age for a birthday show) is only recorded when a parent or guardian provides it.
2. How we use your data
- To reply, quote, confirm and deliver the service you request.
- To prepare contracts, acceptance records, invoices and accounting documents.

- Performers or teachers assigned to your event: only contact name, phone, time and venue.
- Service providers for the Website (hosting, email notifications), bound by confidentiality.
